Chef-Owner Chien-Yun Lo (Jack) with over 27 years of experience and who previously owned "Kiraku Japanese Restaurant" in Houston, Texas. He tries his best to provide a customized experience for every customer and treats them like his own family.

Kitchen Manager James Lo is the last line of defense for all food entering and exiting the kitchen. He takes great care and effort to ensure all food is properly seasoned and cooked to perfection.
